Summer Scheduling Policy
Students cannot cancel lessons for more than three weeks in a row without giving up their time slot. We developed this policy to accommodate family vacation plans, but also as a courtesy to your instructor — because giving them adequate notice helps them better plan their time.If you know that you won’t be using your lesson time slot for more than three weeks, please let us know by the 20th of the month by filling out this “Cancel/Reschedule” form or by sending us an e-mail.
