- 4509 Blue House - This is a large blue house with a mural in front of it. Enter via the deck.
- 1240A Suite #101 - Rooms 1 through 7
- 1240B Suite #102 - Rooms 8 & 9
- 1240 Suite #100 - Room 0
The building has a red bus lane in front of it and a large blue WALLINGFORD sign on it. Students may use this for quick pick-up and drop-off.At the 1240 building, our lesson rooms are located on the first floor.

Off the Wall School of Music is located on the west edge of Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, WA. You could say we are off of Wallingford!
From I-5, you’ll take exit 169 for 45th Street, and then head west through Wallingford.
Parking Tips
There is a 30min load unload zone in front of the 4509 blue house and a bus lane in front of the 1240 building. Both of these are great options for drop-off and pick-up.
Street parking is available on the side streets around the area. See the map below for the green lines. Plan about 5 minutes to find parking and walk to the school.
