• Our peak hours are between 2pm-7pm during the week and practice space will not be available.
• Rentals are available to be booked online in one hour or two hour increments online, but more can be reserved.
• Weekends have more availability.
• Wifi is available and free. Password can be seen onsite.
• No one will be there to check you in. Your confirmation and reminder e-mails will contain instructions for your arrival.

We generally prefer to offer practice rooms to current students, but welcome the public as well. Keep in mind that this is not a professional practice space, but a music school.

We offer 4 free practice sessions when you set up recurring lessons. You can request that the office add these to your portal and then you can book online using the credits provided in your portal.

In some cases you can practice for a bit before or after your lesson - just find an available room at the Blue house on the middle or basement floor with a piano you like. Feel free to try out multiple pianos… If the offices across the street at 1240 location are open, come say hi and feel free to use those pianos also.

Our piano/drum room can be reserved for up to 5 band members. We have it bookable in 1, 2 and 4 hour blocks online at specific times that won't disturb private lessons. Keep in mind this isn't a professional recording space. We offer the use of the pianos, drums, amps and mics. We ask that you put everything back when you're done using it and turn lights off and lock up when you leave.

Practice rooms are primarily for use of piano and/or drums, but we do offer the space to practice voice, woodwind/brass, and band rehearsal. Make sure that you book the correct service.

We have the following equipment available in the drum/band room:

• XLR cables
• Drum Sticks

The online schedule shows available options for the next 3 weeks for the Grand Piano Room and the Yellow Room/Band Room both located at the Blue House Location.

We also have additional rental rooms at 1240 location across the street when available. Text or e-mail us and let us know if you can't find a time and we can check if the lesson rooms are all in use.

If the 1240 building is available we will need to help you to get inside the building. We also have a large library of music books at 1240 that are available to use during practice time.

We have over 20 pianos available at the school.

The pianos in the Band Room or Piano/Drum Room are: Yamaha C3 Diskclavier and Yamaha G-2

The Band Room can also be used for piano practice as it has several pianos to choose from.

Yes. We typically book practice time only during off peak lesson hours in order to not disturb private lessons. If you book the Grand Piano room, it works well for practicing voice. The Band room works well to and offers multiple pianos as well as mics and amps. If you book the Grand Piano room, you will need to use that room unless there was another option offered to you by staff members.

We have the yellow room available at the blue house for practicing your woodwind or brass instruments. We have specific times slated in order to not disturb private lessons. Please note the extra information in your confirmation and reminder e-mails regarding the use of the practice space

• For $17-$20/hr rental rates, this is not a professional recording studio.
• We have spent over 500k on the build out of the school soundproofing and buildout, but sound still creeps through.
• We recommend you book a reservation to try it and if you can't use it, then ask for a refund.
• The best option would be to book when no one else is practicing at the blue house:
  • Morning hours, early afternoon, late evening hours or on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Saturday after about 2 and Sunday's all day there are no lessons.
