Simple Billing
We offer the most cost-effective and valuable lessons among music schools in Seattle. Here's how it works:
- We bill by the 18th for $152/month for 4 weekly, 30-minute private music lessons. We do offer irregular scheduling as well and invoice for a set number of lessons at the half hour rate.
- Any unused lessons during the current month are applied as a credit toward the invoice for the next month's lessons, essentially 'rolling them over' to the next month
- Any additional lessons taken during the current month will be billed on the invoice for the next month's lessons
- Lesson credits never expire
- You can pay your invoice online (using the specific payment link associated with your invoice), by mailing us a check or by dropping it off at the school in the lobby's lock box.

Straight-Forward Cancellation Policy
If you are going to miss a lesson, avoid any unnecessary charges by letting us know 48 hours in advance of the lesson you want to cancel. We find that this cancellation policy is the best way to respect our teachers' dedication to providing fun and highly inspiring lessons.
You can cancel a lesson by:
- Using the direct link included in your lesson reminder email
- Contacting us via email
- Calling us at 206-407-9610 and leaving a message with our office
- Logging into our online scheduling software and managing your appointments online
When you are ready to come back, we will work with you to find a new convenient time slot.

Any credit balances can be refunded, or we can keep them on file for future use.
If you need to discontinue your lessons indefinitely please notify us no later than the 20th of the month for discontinuation effective the following month.
