Frequently Asked Questions
The recital is Full! How can I find out about the next event?
Unfortunately our events can fill fast! Recitals are super popular and sadly we generally only have 60-75 slots per event.
We announce all events on the TVs in our lobbies first, then via email campaign and social media. We will also alert your teacher to start telling students and prepping recital songs. This recital page will have up to date information as well.
You can also sign up for the early notification waitlist and be the first to know.
If you have setup an account with us in Opus1 then you will receive the e-mail newsletter announcement.
Make sure both parents are opted into marketing in your portal. We will send out registration opening via newsletter or campaign e-mail.
Please make sure you're following us on facebook or instagram as well.
Cancellation Policy
If you notify the office that you need to drop out at least 10 days before the event, we will transfer your fee towards your lesson tuition.
If you have any questions regarding our cancellation or refund policies, please contact us.

Upcoming Performances
Each year we schedule 3-4 recitals, open mics for adults, rooftop concerts, so if you miss one event, there is another one just around the corner!
We will have upcoming calendar of events listed on this page as soon as they are scheduled.
Photos & Video
Please take your own photos & video for the best results. Off the Wall will be taking photos of the event, however we are unable to capture every moment perfectly. We look forward to sharing photos of the event on the waiting room TVs.
We share photos from the event at the school on the lobby TVs and occasionally on social media. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please text the office.
