Need a Break?
Let us know if you need to permanently quit or temporarily suspend your lessons
Please send us an e-mail to office@offthewallschoolofmusic.com or call or text us at 206-407-9610 to let us know if you need to make a change to your recurring lesson schedule.
Only the office can cancel recurring sessions.
Quitting Lessons
Once we receive your request via phone, text or e-mail, we'll contact you to confirm that your lessons have been canceled and work with you regarding any remaining lesson credits. You can review our refund policy here.
Suspending Lessons
Once we receive your request, we'll contact you to confirm that your lessons have been canceled. If you currently have a recurring lesson with us, please note that we cannot hold this spot for you for more than 3 weeks. If you're suspending lessons for more than 3 weeks, we'll contact you when you're back to arrange a new lesson time if your previous one is no longer available.
